Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after your order is placed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

Shipping times are estimates and begin once your order has been processed and shipped.

Shipping Delays

While we do our best to ensure your order arrives on time, delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. We are unable to guarantee changes to an order after it has been placed.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delivered to an incorrect location.

If your package shows as delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend checking with household members, neighbors, and the carrier before contacting us.
